Goulbourn Township Historical Society Annual General Meeting 
Saturday January  22nd 2022 at 1:00pm.

Due to the continued COVID-19 pandemic the Board of Directors have determined that the AGM will be conducted as a virtual event available on-line. Members are encouraged to attend this event on-line. An e-mail or written notice with registration or proxy instructions will be sent to all current GTHS members by year-end. We ask that you confirm your attendance or return your proxy to the secretary by Thursday January 20th 2022.

We need your support to meet quorum and enact our business ! 

You can participate by:

• joining us virtually on your computer – access instructions will be provided later
• by telephone (telephone fees may apply) 
• or alternatively you can complete a proxy to cover any motions or votes that come up.
